Refund Policy
All sales made on beautyphenix.ca are final and non-refundable unless the order is cancelled before shipment has been initiated.

Use of the Site

Phenix grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the Site solely for the purpose of purchasing personal items from the Site. Any breach of this Agreement will result in the immediate revocation of this license.

Dispute Resolution
Any dispute related to your use of the Site will be resolved through confidential arbitration in Ontario, Canada. Phenix reserves the right to seek injunctive relief for intellectual property violations.

Severability
If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
